WebMD had directory of physicians. There was hardly any engagement of the platform, and neither was it monetized.

MY ROLE
Created a world class experience for consumers and providers with a conversion focused design approach. Using a systems design thinking was key in expanding the business from providers to health system sponsorships.

APPROACH
Through user research, we discovered opportunities to create doctor profiles that gave users a better understanding of the person or clinic being represented on these pages.
